Money Back Guarantee

iConnectHere offers a comprehensive refund policy and money-back guarantee to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

The refund policy enables you to receive a refund for any unused funds that are in your account. This does not include usage charges or monthly fees, except for calling plans selected when ordering the Cisco ATA or Grandstream BudgeTone 101.

The money-back guarantee enables you to receive a refund for funds you have used, up to a maximum of $2 in usage charges. You can qualify for the money-back guarantee if you are a first-time customer and if you have not made more than a 5-minute call. Monthly fees are not refundable, except for extenuating circumstances.

Calling Plans and the Cisco ATA/Grandstream

Customers who select the Cisco ATA or the Grandstream BudgeTone 101 from the “Broadband Phone” sign up are eligible for a 30-day refund on the Cisco ATA or the Grandstream and the associated calling plans.

iConnectHere will refund monthly fees for first-time customers who cancel their account within 30 days of activation and who have made and/or received less than 50 minutes of calls. This is only available to customers who bought these calling plans while purchasing the ATA or Grandstream during signup.

Activation date is the date you sign up for service and does not vary for shipping dates except under extenuating circumstances.

The Cisco ATA and the Grandstream BudgeTone 101 have a 30-day refund policy through our fulfillment partner, Communitech. You can view their 30-day refund policy for the Cisco ATA here.

Please note that iConnectHere does not manage this policy and is not responsible for refunding device purchases.

The device activation fee is not refundable.
